Shipping Policy
Orders can be sent to any address in Cyprus & Greece. You can also buy online and collect your items from our store for Free.
Orders are shipped up to 2 business days after confirmation of payment. Please note that we only deliver from Monday to Friday except Bank holidays. Note: no deliveries are made in PO Boxes all deliveries are made by Akis Express.
In some cases, the payment will be done directly with the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items purchased from the online Store or mortar Shop can not be exchanged or returned unless the product is damaged on delivery.
Warranty
According to suppliers, country laws and vendor every product have a warranty, depending on the product the warranty can me 6 months, 1 Year or 2 Years. In case a product is purchased out of Cyprus we will ship the product for free of chargers to the logistic center required.

Return by courier
To return by courier an article purchased from the online store, please contact us by email to sales@techpotcy.com with information on the order number and article to be returned, in order to receive instructions. The customers assume shipping costs in the case of returning the items via courier. All returns need to have a tracking number associated.
